I always thought that she was sailor moon’s final transformation. Who else has that same hair style as usagi? no one else but her and chibiusa. As you saw in first season, Queen serenity had silver hair. So that must mean that Neo queen serenity would have silver hair too later on.

it was also hinted in the manga that it was usagi.

we all know she’s sailor moon now. But at first I thought it was her mother because her mother has silver hair. I was wrong. I wonder what her father was suppose to look like ._.
